FAQ

How do I place an order?
For a personal design consultation or to place an order, contact us. All sales are final. Products are made to order, one-of-a-kind — we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
What material is used?
We use premium Baltic birch ply sourced from around the Baltic states. The layers of 1.5mm thick solid birch veneer offer exceptional durability, rigidity, and stability.
How are the products finished?
We use a pre-catalyzed lacquer, low-VOC, water-borne clear coating for surfaces.
What's the lead time?
Every item is made to order. Expect each piece to take 4–12 weeks, depending on shop load.
What are the payment options?
We accept major credit card payments via Square, as well as ACH bank transfers, in US dollars. A non-refundable deposit is required for custom design. Payments can be distributed into installments before production begins.
How do you ship, and where?
We ship worldwide from the United States via USPS, FedEx, or a white-glove delivery service from our studio to your space. Packing, transportation, and insurance cost extra, and import duties/taxes/charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
What Eurorack rail sizes do you offer?
Eurorack rails are measured by their length in HP (horizontal pitch). We offer 104HP and 168HP.
Do you offer Eurorack 1U format?
Yes — we offer Eurorack 1U rail sets (Intellijel 1U format).
Why are your rails better than other case builders’?
Our rails are manufactured by Vector Electronics in the U.S. using lead-free 6061-T6 aluminum, heat-treated for hardness and clear chem-filmed to MIL-C-5541 to resist oxidation. Other case manufacturers use much cheaper, lower-quality rail made in China that isn’t heat-treated or chem-filmed, reducing hardness, rigidity, and resistance to oxidation.
How do you power the Eurorack case?
We recommend Genus Modu LIBB busboards and Daitron low-noise AC/DC power supplies, installed with our proprietary busboard installation method for optimal durability.
