Agreement

Every commission request to Studio Egregia is reviewed personally, one by one. Upon review, I will be presented with a general project investment; my agreement to that figure begins the formal process, secured by a non-refundable $1,000 design retainer that sets CAD blueprinting in motion — a sum credited in full toward the final build cost. Once the design is finalized to mutual satisfaction, the remaining balance becomes due in full before fabrication commences; from that point forward, the design is considered complete, and no further alterations can be accommodated. Upon completion, a separate shipping invoice will be issued, and the build will be released the moment that balance is settled.
